Cilician Armenia. I'll try to look into Numista to see what type specifically.

EDIT: probably a tram (or half tram?) of Levon, similar to this.

@january1may-Thanks for helping. That's the tram of Levon I, 1198-1219 AD. Silver tram. King seated on throne ornamented with lions, holding cross and fleur-de-lis. Armenian inscription: "+ Levon King of the Armenians" / Two lions rampant back-to-back, each with heads reverted; patriarchal cross with two bars between them. "+ By the will of God".
