1995 D With A Line Over The Y In Liberty

allcoinsaregood Pillar of the Community United States 808 Posts	Posted 03/09/2021 4:37 pm So in looking at this 1995 D, I discovered a broad line running over the left portion of the Y to the rim. I tried several light schemes to see it better. I'm not sure if it is a die crack, or flow issue when the coin was struck or a planchet mark on the blank. Any thoughts? Regards! First pic is all lights off, just ambient room light. Second two side lights, Third all lights on (two side left and right and the overhead ring LED mounted on the camera nose) Last two pics normal lights to look at surface of coin.
