Possible Misprint Or Ink Error? - Coin Community Forum

stonegamts New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 03/12/2021 01:08 am Searched the forums, couldn't find anything on a 2013 series with a blue treasury stamp. Seems odd because in researching, I found that the last blue seals were printed in the 50s. Also the serial number top left is blue. And the middle right serial is green then blue. A bluish fade across Abe's face as well. Seems like an ink error. Condition is pretty meh, but I thought it was pretty cool! Let me know what ya'll think. Some detergents or bleach in the laundry will change the shade of the ink on notes that are accidently left in a pocket. That's most likely what happened here as noted above.
