Nice and circulated 1944 Penny find. Is it a keeper?
Need help determining if this guy is a double clip, some other error or just PMD.
Looks good for his age, I don't see an obvious hit taken on the rim. Any ideas

Appears to be the real deal. All the areas affected are showing weakness on the areas that should be weak. Too bad it wasn't give a home years ago when it still looked great. Probably end up in a drawer in someones house for most of its life.

Nice find - give it an acetone soak, maybe it will help with the appearance.
