Any ideas? Diameter - 24mm. It's also somewhat thick - 4mm at the thickest.

Not my area, but I suspect that the lettering on the right side of the obverse will be the determining factor in identifying it. Clearly IMP and maybe CA(E) at left. Hard to tell if the bust is radiate or not. Vexillum between standards reverse? "O" at 4:00 obverse? Is there a Volusian that might match?

Maybe a provincial coin from Antioch, Pisidia.

It's hard to tell what's going on with the end of the obverse legend. Claudius II?
