I was looking for the Wide AM on this penny and came across the A error in the word America. Does any know anything about this?
In the pictures I placed it next to another penny. Haven't came across another one like it.

Please share what you're seeing, it's difficult to guess what it might be.

Need a little better photos. Could be a plating issue or PMD.

On the reverse side, tails in the word 'America' The A on the penny to the right the the tip on the A hits the rim of the penny. The left penny just has a normal A. I hope this makes sense.

I just hold a loupe over the lens. A little unwieldy, but it does the trick.

Looks like the last A took a hit from another coin and smoshed the top a little.
