This ones tough without being in hand. Most of the breaks in the frosty devices look superficial. MS64 possibly PL

a little weak for this year around the ear and breast but i'd still say average for strike. the CAM look is leaning me to PL. cheek is clean of issues but luster may be broken. (difficult to tell without coin in hand)
