Hi nuggethill
according to the info that I get when I look up the microscope it says it now works on Vista , apparently yours was purchased before the upgrade ?

have you tried emailing customer support at Digital blue ?

maybe they can set you up with the necessary software you need ?

Harry, I had the same problem when I updated to Vista. Emailed the customer support, and they emailed back a patch to load and all is well.
