Hey guys, my husband found this great Indian Head cent and it's somewhat dented, which I believe preserved the liberty better. The rim is making him think it got stuck and double stamped but there's no doubling or Die Deterioration on this. Just wondering how it got the bigger rim and the headpiece just looks dented in. Value or grade opinions are welcome!

You'll get more replies if you show your images right-side up. But if dented as you say, just a cull and worth very little. Larger pics will help.

MrsCoinOCD, Where are you seeing the dents? On the rim, or on the face of the coin?

It's the face itself and the back is the same, I'm on a phone so getting the best picture is difficult.
