Clearly defined punch marks.

Had a look for similar on Vcoins particularly for hand drawn punch marks, to help explain what is seen on the coins.

From what I have read,
cataloging punch marks and assigning what you find on the coins is a way of sequencing them, and thus provide a framework for dating them.
Lots of research work remains to be done.

Excellent example with clear punch marks, it should not be too difficult to ID.
