I am not a spoon fed guy , I've used all my "free Google searches" ,but am lost again . Bought a bundle of 68-70 Proof sets from local shop. This set was missing the nickel and cracked open (sure someone had a great find before me) . Well this Kennedy has me confused. And too bad because I THINK it would be DCAM if sent off for grading. What happened here ? Thanks all in advance.

Click on the images to see the condition of the these coins.
It it wasn't as high as that grade, it would probably cost more to have it graded than it would be worth.

I'm wondering if this is a struck through or something on the coin. It looks to wide to be two die cracks.
