Maybe Caracalla, but why does it look like it has been treated with chemicals - no patina - no way to identify - details have been deleted

That's the way I received this coin. I don't have any idea of what the previous owner cleaned it with, sorry.

Maybe Caracalla

Indeed, the reverse may match up well to a Moushmov 2660 - a Caracalla from Hadrianopolis. And what can be barely made out of the reverse legend - ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟ - fits the reverse for the type:

Roman-Provincial-Requiring-ID-#4

But the obverse seems a bit more like a Septimius Severus (Moushmov 2584) from that same city...sort of:

Roman-Provincial-Requiring-ID-#4

I feel pretty confident we're dealing a Hadrianopolis issue, but which? If Septimius, did he issue coins with the same reverses as the Caracalla? Or is a mule possible between these two? Not my area - and so I have no idea.
