Possible Canadian 1972 Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

It happens when the Obverse or Reverse die shifts or vibrates on the way back up from the strike and taps the high points on the design while cutting into them. When that happens it leaves a shelf like appearance and makes the design thinner than what it was intended to be.
