Looks like a Nero As with Genius Populi on reverse, from the mint of Lyon like this one:

The inscriptions look like a match to me. What is it you are seeing?

The lettering at 11:00. There are three visible letters on my coin "N,V & S" and the lettering on the link at 11:00 "A, V & D" and there doesn't appear to be an S-C on the reverse of my coin. The S-C might have removed or just corotated, but the lettering doesn't have a "D" anywhere at 11:00 or is there a possibility that the "D" was damaged and now looks like an "S"? Also, it "looks" to me like he's wearing some sort of helmet.
