I am not familiar with the ancient Roman coins, but I was able to found that this one should be a sestertius, Domitian, with standing Minerva on obverse.

Howover, althought I have looked at many examples of the coins of the same type on-line, I was unable to find the very same obverse design...

so, I am just curious, is this could be some kind of counterfeit (a fake) or this obverse design could vary so much?

Dimensions: diameter is 33 mm, and weight 23,13 grams.

Thank you, Victor. I have already check that reference Page, but, I didn't find an example with a 100% identical design on obverse.

Your example seems to have retained details of its design to an unusual degree, but only in certain select areas. I'd worry that it's been tooled.

What's its size & weight?

Thank you for your reply, Lucky Cuss!

I have mentioned both size and weight in my initial post... 33-34 mm is diameter, and weight is 23.13 grams exactly.

Edit: I have made a scan of that coin (with my scanner for documents)... maybe that could give a wrong insight... I can try to make a photo?
