I saw the ebay listing too. The only problem is the listing format. Instead of an auction listing, I would do a fixed, buy it now listing, with best offer option. I find buy it now listings take longer to sell but earn more. Auction type listings do best with hot items; this banknote is not a hot item and will get low balled despite the reserved price.

A gutter fold like this is a fair price for both seller and buyer, are these types of errors worth 2000 US no, 1000 US no, like the other ebay seller wants, it"s worth about 300 to 500 graded, So congrats to both seller and buyer on this note
