"Yeah same here". I'm told that that is just a glare off the devices. I've even found a couple of 2019 pennies that actually look like they have the off-set notching going on and all in the same direction. I don't know about you, but I'm gonna hang on to mine until I either find out for sure weather
or not it's doubling or I find so many of them that I just know it's got to be a common thing.

After 2007 the probability to have a DD in coins is something like 1 to 1 billions strikes. This do not mean it is not possible to be discover.

Thank you! I am going to hold on to this, I seen that 2020 pennies all came out with problems like the spotting and amazingly enough out of 5$ in rolls of pennies this was the nicest one and it just so happen to have this along with it. Thanks again

Just Machine Doubling, on both the raised and incuse devices. (EPU is incuse on the shield cents)
