So, recently I have taken on a side job, selling coins for someone on ebay. Most the coins are pretty self explanatory and easy for me to give a description of when posting them for auction, but there is a bunch of foreign proof coins that I have NO idea what they are or even how to search for them in Google being they are foreign and another language I can't understand. Can anyone tell me how I can go about searching for these coins so I can then sell them. I would greatly appreciate any advice and I thank you in advance for any help at all.

to CCF. https://en.numista.com/
Try and check ebay sold values for an idea on current values. Unless there is a rare one, probably best to sell them in small lots.

Try:
NCG World Coin Values website - everything should be covered there.
Similar to having a Krause World Coins catalog on line.

Try:
NCG World Coin Values website

Any values you get from NGC will be for certified and graded coins, not the coins you show above.

Since many World base metal proof coins were made in large numbers,
I would think it reasonable that the coins as posted by the OP could be valued as equivalent to MS-65 examples for the purpose of selling them.

Nobody would have had the above lower value proof coins as pictured sent away to be graded and slabbed, because the cost of shipping and grading could not be justified, relative to their lower value.

Thank you for all the help everyone. I think I'm going to just list them in bulk depending on where their from and hopefully the auction price will speak for itself regarding what people will pay for them. There is at least 300 coins in cases and at least 100 without. A lot of them are proof and some are not. There are a few very old ones as well. I guess I'm just dreading having to go through them all. Thank again... stay healthy everyone.

Unfortunately, from what I can see, there looks to be a lot of demonetised european coinage which doesn't command much money unless UNC. Proof probably worth selling individually but as you already suspect, bulk lots for the rest. Maybe sell in lots by country.

Actually, NGC World Coin values are taken directly from Krause, so they might be outdated but aren't (...I believe) specifically for certified coins.

That said, from a glance at the OP pictures I mostly see the kind of stuff that tends to end up in low-end bargain bins. It might be useful to separate the high face value coins (e.g. Swiss francs), because almost everything else won't even be worth that much.

@Ea7285399

The Coinoscope app is your friend in need. It gets about 95% of images correctly identified. If still stuck, post images to CC. You will also need a website like Creounity for reading dates from many asian and middle eastern coins. Once a coin is identified with date use ebay sold listing option in Advanced Search to get an idea of value.
