Found this in my change and I'm thinking it's a strike through error
because of the cloth like pattern.
Thoughts?

Looks like tape or glue residue.
Give it an acetone bath then repost a picture.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

already did the acetone bath and it remained.
I think tape is correct.
