your IHC is a toughie because to my eye it has VF20 details, but quite a few hits to the obverse.
I think it nets an F12-15--or about $5 by my Red Book.

ok, there is actually a few specs on the flip 2x2 that may make it look like it on the coin

I agree the IHC looks F-15 to me also, from what I see on the reverse of the Buffalo it looks like VG-10. Can you post a picture of the obverse?

Because the date on the Buffalo is just about unreadable It's going to hurt thee grade on this coin.

The IHC might stretch ot VF but it is a really rough surface. Indistinct Liberty and no clear separation between ribbon and lock of hair keep the grade down, but not as much as the texture.
Lookls like something that might have been found metal detecting.
Just my 1 cents worth.

The 1913 TY 1 wears more easily so I would say overall it is probably a VG-8 and worth about 2.50 or maybe 3.00.
The Indian Head cent probably grades VF and is probably worth $5.00 or maybe $6.00 on the bay.
