I believe this coin is also a Roman Provincial, it measures 18mm and weighs 3.7 grams.

Your coin is the classic Roma Senate of Pergamum.

On another note, two headed coin series are not that common but some series are. So most of the two headed ancient coins that are rare will not be in lots to find. The ones you find will be often from the same series. So this Pergamum, you see it a lot and that head style of Roma and Senate are very recognizable. The other two headed coin series you see a lot, as you are finding out, is Rhoemetalkes and below is just an acsearch with that word. Don't get me wrong there are a lot of heads of Gods and Goddesses and a human, but two humans in a lot of coins you get that have not been taken out already is often these below once you rule out the Pergamum.
