That was a good price, it looks to be MS63-64 at least, $27-55 CDN ask. Looks like an album coin to me, beautifully toned obverse, some light spotting on the reverse. This year the first year for the new master die with improved details, it's my favorite year in Wheats because the MS coins are so sharp.  I bought mine because of the obvious original surfaces. WOW - Mr Lincoln never looked so good. Merry Christmas..appears to be money well spent. IMHO MS-63. But I must go back to my original comment - WOW !

Beautiful Lincoln, like you said even with the carbon spots. Love the detail your coin and in this year as well. The strike for this year is great compared to some years previous, esp from the branch mints, and a lot of years to follow. Thanks for sharing your 16! I need to get on the ball and take somemore pics of my Lincoln's and put them in the thread you had started! Thanks all.
