This 2019 has a crater behind Abe's neck and small defect in front of his neck. It is indented so it is not glue or a foreign substance.

Hard to be certain, Abe seems a bit scratched up overall so this seems like it could be PMD, but the edge of the unusual section looks like it could be the product of a strike through debris. Uncertain, we'll see what others say

Clearer photos under a gentler light source would make it easier to judge more accurately

I wouldn't say it was a defective planchet, agree with John1 that it looks like a Struck Through.
