Biggest question: Has it been cleaned/dipped? It's in great shape but I see no luster. Any grade opinions welcome also.

Sure looks dipped, with lifeless surfaces and an unnaturally uniform color. Rim defect at 7:30 on the obverse looks like a problem, also.
AU detail and appears genuine. Worth much less than an original example in AU.
