I found few in rolls of quarters and I was wondering what kind of error is that? does it have a name ? thank you in advance for answers

Not an error
That is damage caused by a coin rolling/ wrapping machine.
We see this quite often on this forum.

I would say so however I can see that the damage is going under lettering not over it

The damage is going over the letters. The letters are incuse, not raised.

Coin rolling damage.

I don't believe so, I suspect most coin rolling machines crimp an end before filling a roll with coins, meaning that the first end is safe. However, if a machine leaves both ends free and only seals them after filling, this damage on both ends of a roll is totally possible

And follow-up to that, this isn't something that happens every time with coin rolling, but is also not particularly uncommon
