@minnie, according to my handy-dandy coinoscope app, this coin is a 2 Qirsh from Saudi Arabia and it looks like a 1960 mint date. Here is the numista link:

No prob at all--I'm always happy to help. Consider downloading the free coinoscope app for your phone though as it is a good first pass filter for modern coins in languages other than the one(s) you know.
