The saga continues...

I received my weekly "Favorite Sellers" message in which estatedoctor and pamiam003 top the list. While Pam is still listing her fake and junk jewelry with no coin auctions, estatedoctor also seems to be slowing down with his (or HER) coin listings having only six listed (five are probably fake "Colonial era" and "1600s Spanish coins found in Florida"). He (presuming he's a he and not THE She) used to have dozens of coins listed.

S/he has already lost his/her Power Seller status. Could be partly due to the fact a significant part of his negative feedbacks are on coin sales.

Is it too much to hope for that s/he is getting out of the coin business at ebay? Keep tuned, folks as this mellerdrama continues! (This program sponsored by Cheerios, supplier of rare variety Sacagawea dollar coins, available only from estatedoctor.)

I think it's just a slow period. Last week, estatedoctor sold a bunch of bust halves and other coins. I also notice that the feedback responses are more like the old Pam than the man who originally used the estatedoctor ID. I had some personal email communication with the original seller on that ID and he did not have the attitude that is showing up in the feedback responses.

In case anyone cares to read the most recent neg/neutral feedback received:

Even more revealing is the feedback left for others. Note the arrogant attitude:

I was gonna post those same links, but I was in a time crunch. Yeah, "He" is sounding more like "She" all the time. Whether or not they are one or two separate people, they're cast out of the same mould (or mold) and graduates of the same school of fraud. They both deserve to be kicked off ebay and put in one of those striped jumpsuits one sees along Georgia roads.

Rest in Peace

As of today (1 Mar), estatedoctor is on vacation as he stated in his descriptions. He has no listings at all.

BIG "HOWEVER": before he left, he switched his feedback to "Private" so it can't be reviewed. I wonder if his usual type of customers will be savvy enough to stay away? (I doubt it.)

I'm teaching a class on ebay here in the RV park next week and I needed screenshots of bad sellers, so I'll have to find someone else (not a problem). I did go to the Singapore site and while there are a very few feedbacks still viewable, the remainder are now not available. Fortunately, I also have a few screenshots of estatedoctor, pamiam003, *deleted*, and their brethren.

Thanks for saving the screenshots Fred. As you likely know by now, he is back up with his usual assortment including the "nice BU prooflike" (note that PL is all he ever sells these days! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...m=8382915122
several bust halves, and many "colonial" coins 'found" in Savannah.

As an update, estatedoctor is back in business as Don mentioned. He has also regained his Power Seller status and his feedback is no longer "private" which I presume is a requirement of Power Sellers?.

Here's an interesting auction for a Proof Liberty no-cents nickel:

It looks like he took the opportunity of having his feedback private to get more negatives withdrawn. Here is the link for toolhause with his negatives/neutrals. He's up to 80 mutually withdrawn feedback now. I thought I remembered it being around 50 or so last time I saw it.

Power Sellers can also have their feedback private. I think he only made it public now since he got the percentage back up to 99.7% and his negatives are not showing up on the first page.
