I'm not even sure I believe this is real now that I have it in hand, but this is what I'd looking for opinions on.

This looks to be the not uncommon patriotic die pairing 88/361 dating from 1863. Most likely genuine, but the obverse appears to have become badly corroded at some point and then harshly scraped.

Thank you! I've got a few others that I haven't had much time to read about, but they look in much better shape than this one, so I got to wondering if it was a replica.
