Seleucis and Pieria issued several types with laurel branch reverses in the first and second century. Perhaps from there? An example, slightly larger than the OP at 17.5 mm:

@Bob indeed, it looks exactly like mine, just larger. Could it be wear/clipping that would account for these couple of mm?
