I believe this is an example of a struck through and also die chip on this coin. Struck through near 9 of date, die chip NE corner of 1. The weight is just over 3.2 which indicate extra material. The extra material is also flattened out on or near the devices. On the reverse it looks like it is damage ...even though the material is flattened there as well . Welcoming words of wisdom from the community.
Thanks @ Coop...getting a little better each day. Just been a few threads regarding lamination/struck through debris/chips etc...thought this coin was interesting...made me work a bit for it.
