@here, if by FS, you are asking about full steps, then I'm thinking we will need pics of the reverse of this coin too.

My camera on my phone can't get good pic of stairs I don't think you can see them due to wear though I'll try for pic and by FS I mean first strike

It will be hard to confirm without a nice sharp close-up of the steps.

FS is the acronym for Full Steps. If you mean First Strike, then it has to be spelled out.
My question is whether it is a First Strike or not, how are you going to prove it once
it has been removed from the packaging. Right now it just looks like any other strike.
Plus I don't think a genuine First Strike would be slightly MAD

Yes , on a Jefferson nickel FS is known for Full Steps . On some other coins it usually means Full Strike ; First strike designation is mainly on coins of the last 5 or so years .
Now you need to provide clear close up pics of obverse and reverse without washing out the photos if you want us to grade this coin .

Much sharper images needed - this shows us nothing, but I'm thinking not close to FS.
