How important are the top 3 lines in fbl designation? I'm a newbie, so all I know is from Rick Tomaska's Franklin book, where he only mentions the bottom 3 lines needing to be full, he wasn't very clear on the top 3.
I was very impressed by how clear pass and stow are on this coin. Maybe I should stick to picking coins that say pass and stow clearly until I figure out fbl.
