I'll say MS-63 tops. Lots of scuffs on shoulder and lower bell.

MS-64 Not FBL . In my book it's the top 3 lines and this coin took a hit on the right side killing the FBL
designation . Nice original coin ,lusterfull with nice golden obverse toning .

Looks to be alot of nicks under the Obverse toning and bell on the reverse - MS63, No FBL (Won't be surprised though if NGC went MS64 FBL)

I cannot get past the many nicks/marks on the OBV MS62/3. Not FBL from hits to left of crack.

I'll say MS-64. Not FBL, but close. From the photos it looks like it has nice lustre.

MS64 is my guess. Don't think it makes FBL.

I don't think it's a FBL either, but I do think it's on that label. I looked at quite a few other ones to compare it too before posting my educated guess.

I'm with Coinfrog on this one. That said, it is probably in a 64 holder.

Looks like a little homework looking at other similar NGC coins payed off for my guess. Can't believe some of these that are making it into FBL, this one is pretty borderline IMO, but so many I saw were really not.
