Here is a link to one being sold by cbg.fr, with a recipient having the same first name! https://www.cgbfr.com/industrie-lou...52501,a.html These seem to be medals given out annually by the French Chemical Union, so Simone Rolla would have been the awardee for 1969. According to their website at uic.fr, it "is the sector's spokesperson with national and European public authorities and international bodies. It defines common positions and actions, identifies the axes of a proactive and responsible industrial policy."
