I believe you have either the variety LC-47D5 or LC-47D6 (as catalogued in the Charlton Canadian token guide) depending on whether it has an engrailed or reeded edge respectively. This is a rarer variety and was catalogued by Courteau as No. 28 in his monograph on the "Bust and Commerce" or "Tiffin" tokens. He assigned it a rarity of R-7 on a scale to 10.

Yours is an example of one of the non-local British issues that were imported to Canada at a later date for circulation.

It has also spent some time underground or in water as exhibited by the porosity on the surfaces. Also looks cleaned. Both states will reduce the value.
