Upset With An Mcm Order

Long story short.
I placed a order to buy online with Modern Coin Mart for a 2021 -1 gram gold panda, listing doesn't stated whether these comes in the original government mint sealed package or not. I assumed like all previous years I have ordered that it came with OGP, to my surprise when my order arrived, this was not, so contact were made and they apologies that this doesn't came any more in the OGP.

But in fact they do, after a few quick email, they accepted the return with a 5% restocking fee, someone just lost a customer.
