I have exhausted all my "free google searches" trying to find a match, or what is going on the reverse of this coin. As I am zero for about twenty on previous posts for what I thought was a doubled die. I was thinking Machine Doubling but from what I read splits/notching do occur on them. There are no listings on any of the usual sites for comparison. So I have to come to the experts to tell me what has caused this on the reverse. I apologize for the quality of the pictures as I have quickly learned getting quality pictures through the acrylic proof case is no easy task, but hopefully the splits/notching can be seen on the "ited" of United and "Five" . Also they can be seen in "Stat" of States (which I am unable to at this time to get a proper picture of inside the case) . Thanks as always in advance.

Possible Machine Doubling, because the proof coins are struck twice, light moving between the two strikes, creates the minor appearance on the coin. Nice gold and green color on the image. Even if this were hub doubling, the spread would probably be considered to minor to list. Look more for a spread on the centers of the devices, instead of the outside edges of the devices.

Well Coop so sorry for the "nice gold and green color ". I know my pictures are not up to your forum "quality control standards" And also dont apply to your, perfect Photoshop standards for pictures . But hey I did my best. Will just wait for those uneducated folks at NGC to send back my slabbed DDR 2001S proof Jefferson . Thanks for your undertone and sarcasm as always .
