Quarter is being offered by the seller as a MS63 for $60.
What do you think? The obverse looks pretty good, but would the rim hits not give this coin a Details grade?

Rim hits wreck this one. Even without them $60 would not appeal to me.

So I won't bid on it. Just surprised a LCS in CT would attempt to pass this off as a straight MS63.

If a collector knows their coins and knows their grades he would just give the coin back to the LCS owner and not say a word .
