Wouldn't make the jump that this is a doubled die. But do see some similarities to the photos in the Cherry Pickers Guide. Thoughts?

FS-101 is a proof coin, which your coin is not so it couldn't be that DDO. Not seeing it as any doubled die. Keep hunting! Eventually you'll find something nice.

The DDO:

Keep in mind that there are two sites who still list the working hub doubled examples of 1968. They are all three mints that were affected:
1968-S-Lincoln-Cent-FS-01-1968-S-101?
1968-S-Lincoln-Cent-FS-01-1968-S-101?
When you look at the sites, that still have them listed, they all have the same doubling. John agrees that this is not a doubled die. But on John's site, he does list some DDO's from other hubs. I noticed years ago. Just because the mintmark locations are different, a doubled working hub created each of the doubling on several dies.
