I'll say VF-30/35, fair price, common coin, not something I would buy for appreciation potential.

I'll wait for the in-hand pics before settling on a grade. Preliminary thoughts: VF, light contact marks for grade, possible Briggs 6-F, possible old cleaning with retoning (market acceptable). Depending on final numerical grade, either spot on price for grade or $20-ish below value for grade.
