Quite a few of that year had doubled die errors on them. The 1951 1 cent had one as well I have seen both on ebay for under $20 and have seen one graded as a PCGS doubled die reverse on the 1 cent coin. (I have the 1951 stotinka 1 cent doubled die reverse)
