1970 D Pennies, Both Look Different?

Well here I am again! This time I have 2 1970 D pennies. The one on the first picture is the I in Liberty looks like to me it did not get punched right. And the second seems to have a some errors. Some input please. Everyone has helped me so much and I'm grateful.

The second penny I completely missed telling what kind of error or not is in the date. Numbers look different than the first picture.

Also, there can be small differences between coins of the same date and mintmark because many different dies were used. Even two coins from the same set of dies may look slightly different due to die wear or striking pressure.
