I have a 1943 with a couple blemishes is what I'm going to say but I don't know if it was caused by a stamp or by human hair

Pics of full coin might help. Especially, ones that can give an idea of color and surface condition.

The reason I say that is because a "reprocessed" steel cent might look odd where the plating went over circulation damage or debris.

First 2 photos show a scratch, 3rd photo PMD. Overall I believe this is a reprocessed (plated) cent...
Of coarse...All the above is IMO

I believe that they were reprocessed but I wanted to make sure I ended up with two of them as always thanks guys for your input I figured they were in too good of shape to be handed to me in change
