This coin is 25mm and weighs 11.3 grams and the best I can find out about this coin is the reverse. I "think it's Dionysus, naked standing left holding bunches of grapes and Thyros: panther at feet. I have no idea as to who the Emperor is. Help pls.
Might be from Nicopolis ad Istrum (Moesia Inferior). Maybe Macrinus?
Not sure of the variety attribution. First part of the obverse legend begins AV Κ ΟΠΠΕΛ - and may continue with CΕVΗ ΜΑΚΡΙΝΟC or CEV MAKPEINOC or something similar. Reverse may be VΠ ΑΓΡΙΠΠΑ ΝΙΚΟΠΟΛΙΤΩΝ ΠΡΟC ΙCΤΡΩ.
