Face value for these. Why? Because half of the population of these coins from all mints are like that. Common as dirt. No diamonds here. But you might want to check to see if there are some real doubled die in with the mix. What to look for on a regular double die. On simple step will make the search quicker:

Note the '9' on the dates of these images. If shows a normal date, also a MDD date, but the lower examples show what to look for on the DDOs. Note the arrows. Note how at 10:30, all the '9's are affected on the stronger doubled dies in that location. So when you go through coin coins look for the different stronger affected '9'. Also keep in mind that the die Number 9 shows a different look. It is a MDD, but still a DDO, but only on the '2' on the date.
Bought-A-Roll-Of-Uncirculated-1972-Lincoln-DDO's The tail of the '2' is different. So look for examples that have the stronger tail on them. Set those aside as they are doubled dies, but still have the MDD (Master-Die-Doubling) These are the quick searcher helps. Those that are normal are spendable.
Face value for these. (Started and ended with the same sentence)

This one is just the worthless master die doubling, which appears on about 50% of all 1972 cents from all three mints, but still check all the coins to see if there are any of the actual DDOs in the roll!

Hope you didn't pay much for that roll, but knowing pawn shops, you probably did.
