I found this 10 cent with some Cud on it. Is it worth anything.

Not Cuds.
Die chips.
No extra value.
Cuds only appear at the rim of the coin and are caused when a piece of the die has broken away.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

There's a small Cud (die chip) on the left side of the 1. Fairly common, no extra premium.

1999 10c coins are well known for all the errors they have.
Here are 5 different examples of the Cuds on the 1.
