OK, I've searched both of Paul Cunningham Military Token books, Patrick O'Donnell's US Military Tokens of Korea book, and the token catalog online and I cannot find any information on this token
Another-Military-Token-I-Need-Help-With

@sage, sounds like you have already done quite a bit of research on this one. That is great! I suspect you recognize PX as being short for postal exchange, but without any additional identifying marks, I think that this one is gonna be tough to pin down.
