The portrait of this coin shows a prominent nose and chin, it's 30mm and weights in at 10.5 grams. Help please!

Well this post has been up a while so I might as well say just like there is nothing coming out of the front of his neck to his chest area even if it looks like there is, there can be artifacts of the coin that are not part of the original image. So the chin might not be the original shape for this man. Thus when in doubt go with the common coin and you probably have it. I'd have to say Pius.
