The only part I can make out is "DNIVLI.......possibly AVGM or H. The coin is 17mm and weighs 2.4 grams. The reverse is a soldier standing over a captive.

FEL TEMP REPARATIO reverse, soldier spearing fallen horseman.

Julian II for sure. The obverse legend is actually DN IVLIANVS NOB CAES.

The "AVGM" you are seeing is actually "OBCA". After that, you can see a faint "E" and the "S" is obliterated
