I found this dime coin roll hunting. I believe it to be a brockage but am still a bit foggy on the different classifications. thanks in advance for the help.

Not a brockage; a brockage would have the same design on both sides (one of them incuse). Can't tell more with those blurry pics.

It appears to have been struck through a late stage die cap. It's impossible to say whether the first coins struck by this die cap were brockages or uniface indents.

Note the rim on the coin. It is not normal, so I'm in the capped die event. But is looks like the cap is thinning, allowing part of the design to come through. I think this the first Dime I've seen this on.
